Refund Policy – MMRK Official Store

At MMRK, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.

1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Opened perfumes
• Opened cosmetics
• Personal care products
• Undergarments
• Customized or personalized products

1. Return Request Process

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Claims for orders reported as not received will be reviewed using the carrier’s tracking information, delivery confirmation, and available proof of delivery.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

1. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item received is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, MMRK will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.

1. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

1. Exchanges

If the requested replacement item is available, we may offer an exchange for the same product.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but a return request may be submitted according to this policy.
