We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns  
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.  
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  
- Some products (perfumes, cosmetics, undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

- Provide your order number and photos (if the item is damaged).  
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return procedure.

3. Refunds  
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.

4. Exchanges  
If the same item is still in stock, we will gladly exchange it for you.

5. Cancellations  
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, you may request a return instead.
